Major Responsibilities

• •Client connects to understand requirements related to learning or talent development.
• •Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their specific learning objectives and performance gaps.
• •Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client's requirements.
• •Designing learning solution journeys in line with the client's requirements.
• •Understand and articulate the value of proposed training solutions to clients, helping them see the ROI and business impact.
• •Expand client engagements by identifying additional training needs and opportunities for deeper/broader collaboration.
• •Leading the execution of proposed solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and as per the approved project plans.
• •Demonstrating thought leadership in learning and development.

Qualifications

• •5-10 years of relevant experience in a Learning & Development role.
• •Knowledge of established L&D frameworks, solutions, and theories.
• •In-depth understanding of talent management practices and processes.
• •Knowledge of the latest trends in Learning & Development.
