Job Summary
Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for people looking for an apartment. You’ll answer questions, schedule and conduct tours, and complete move-ins. This role values genuine service and communication over scripted sales tactics.
The position is based out of our Greensburg leasing office, which serves communities in Greensburg with 1 property in New Kensington. While administrative work is handled from the central office, you’ll regularly travel to these sites to meet prospects and new residents.

Core Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents
Lease market-rate and Section 8 apartments according to Fair Housing standards
Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
Process rental applications quickly and accurately
Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process
Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented
Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
Monitor listing postings and advertisements
Assist property manager with tenant care and retention
Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Compensation :
On-target earnings of $46,000–$70,000 annually , combining an $18/hour base with significant performance-driven commissions.

Successful Candidate Profile
Knowledge & Experience
1+ year of leasing experience preferred; relevant sales, customer service, or hospitality experience will also be considered
General knowledge of multifamily leasing principles, including Fair Housing (preferred)
Experience with property management and leasing software (preferred)
High school diploma
