What You’ll Do:

• •Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone
• •Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads
• •Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready
• •Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings
• •Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files
• •Participate in resident events and community engagement
• •Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment
• •Achieve a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• •2+ years of prior multi-family leasing experience
• •Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• •Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
• •Ability to work weekends and some evenings
• •Knowledge of fair housing laws
• •A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people

Additional Details:

• •High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)
• •Work is performed in a professional office environment
• •A Valid U.S. Driver's License is required

• •This position is full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday schedule and Saturdays as needed.
