What You’ll Do:

• •Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
• •Build relationships with prospects and convert leads into leases
• •Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text communications
• •Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• •Support community marketing and outreach initiatives
• •Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
• •Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• •Sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
• •Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• •Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• •Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• •Passion for helping people and building relationships
• •Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus!
• •Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
