Job summary

We are seeking an experienced, business-oriented Litigation Lawyer to manage complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a strong project management mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, solution-driven approach to legal risk.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, aligned with business objectives.
• •Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts, and risk exposure.
• •Coordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control.
• •Draft and review key legal documents (pleadings, claims, legal opinions, settlements).
• •Provide early-stage dispute assessments, including breach analysis, termination strategies, and recoverability.
• •Drive evidence collection and preservation in collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial).
• •Act as a legal project manager, ensuring visibility, timelines, structured reporting, and end-to-end case management.
• •Support internal investigations, insurance matters, and regulatory issues when required.

Requirements

• •Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years’ litigation experience (top-tier law firm and/or in-house).
• •Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation.
• •Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• •Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, international environment.
• •Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• •Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high accountability.
• •Interest in data-driven legal management (e.g., Excel, Power BI, AI tools).
• •Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
