Legal & Commercial Contracts Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal & Commercial Contracts Executive based in India.

• This is a hands-on legal and commercial role responsible for managing contracts and day-to-day legal operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• You will own key stages of the commercial contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through negotiation, execution, renewals, and ongoing obligations.
• The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Delivery, HR, Operations, management, customers, and vendors to identify and manage contractual risks.
• You will also coordinate with external lawyers, law firms, company secretaries, and other professional advisors on corporate and legal matters.
• The position offers broad exposure to commercial agreements, corporate documentation, disputes, compliance, and confidential legal matters.
• You will help establish practical processes, templates, trackers, and workflows that improve legal and commercial operations.
