• This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a broad corporate compliance program across healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust, and anti-money laundering matters.
• You will help strengthen compliance frameworks, identify potential areas of risk, and develop practical strategies to mitigate exposure.
• The position combines policy development, risk assessments, monitoring, third-party due diligence, training, and compliance reporting.
• You will work closely with Legal, Finance, IT, HR, Regulatory, and business teams to resolve compliance issues and support sound decision-making.
• The role also provides exposure to healthcare compliance, government contracting, transparency reporting, investigations, and business acquisitions.
• Success requires strong judgment, project management skills, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
