Legal Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal Counsel based in United Kingdom.

• This is a broad, commercially focused Legal Counsel role within a growing international B2B iGaming business.
• You will provide day-to-day legal support across commercial, corporate, regulatory, and operational matters.
• The role offers significant exposure to contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, platforms, aggregators, and other industry partners.
• You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Compliance, Commercial, Finance, and Product.
• A key part of the position is monitoring regulatory developments and translating legal requirements into practical business guidance.
• You will also contribute to governance, intellectual property, data protection, and wider legal risk management.
• The role is fully remote across Europe and offers the opportunity to operate independently in a fast-moving international environment.
