Legal Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal Counsel based in Ireland.

As Legal Counsel, you will provide hands-on legal support across corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and international matters. You’ll work closely with the business to identify legal risks and provide practical, commercially focused advice. The role involves supporting cross-border activities across the US, UK, EU, and potentially other international jurisdictions. You’ll independently manage day-to-day legal matters while knowing when to bring in specialist external counsel. You’ll also help establish and improve legal processes as the business continues to grow.
