Legal Operations & Compliance Lead

This role will build and manage the operational backbone of a growing Legal function within a global technology environment. You will oversee legal intake, matter management, contract operations, corporate governance, compliance administration, and legal technology. The position offers an opportunity to replace manual processes with scalable workflows, self-service tools, and automation. You will coordinate cross-functional compliance initiatives spanning Legal, Security, Engineering, Product, Finance, People, and other teams. The role also provides broad exposure to governance, privacy, security, AI, accessibility, and regulatory programs. Success will require strong ownership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while keeping Legal leadership informed.
