Aristocrat is seeking an exceptionally driven and organized Legal Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This critical role is built to improve the operational efficiency of our Legal department through flawless execution and collaboration. You will be an integral part of our mission to maximize efficiency through workflow automation and business intelligence. What You'll Do

  • In collaboration with the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system owner, lead the integration of the CLM system into Salesforce, ensuring collaborator requirements are strictly met.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the CLM system to understand and manage reporting, metadata, system functionality, and template creation.
  • Assist with financial, vendor, contract, document, human resources, department, technology, knowledge, and program management within the Legal team.
  • Coordinate technology solution initiatives, user engagement, and the technology roadmap, ensuring development requests are successfully implemented.
  • Coordinate daily business operations of the Legal Operations center of excellence.
  • Lead efforts to source, evaluate, test, train, implement, coordinate, and support new technology solutions, especially in AI.
  • Collaborate with the Associate General Counsel – Compliance to develop and maintain a comprehensive policy governance program.
  • Draft, review, and maintain compliance-related policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize special projects, ensuring detailed communication and completion.
  • Document workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal audit purposes.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5+ years in a corporate legal environment with a strong emphasis on operations and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven experience in process development and continuous process improvement in legal systems.
  • Self-motivated great teammate with the ability to recognize and address business challenges.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technology and the ability to manage projects effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling a heavy workload and meeting several deadlines.
  • Proficiency with advanced Adobe and Microsoft apps (Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Must handle highly confidential and sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality to protect the organization.
