A regular day for you will include:

• •As a consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service
• •Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment
• •Detail oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed
• •Gathering loan information
• •Selling our loan and protection products
• •Closing loans virtually and in person
• •Following up past due customer accounts
• •Cash controls including taking payments
• •Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty

Must-haves:

• •Authorized to work in Canada
• •High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset
• •Great communication skills

Extra - awesome to have:

• •Y ou have at least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting, experience in a financial institution.
• •Previous experience working with loan origination software
• •Po st-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration
• •Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
