Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Pay Rate: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Shift: 12-hour one-on-one shifts in the patient's home. Every other weekend is required for full-time.

Ideal candidates:

• •2 years of in-home health care experience
• •Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• •Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• •Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice
• •Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
• •Valid Driver's License
