Baylor/Weekend Nurse Program - Additional 8hrs Bonus Pay

The Baylor position is paid at the base rate

Any shifts between 3pm on Fridays – 7am Mondays

You must be flexible in case assignments and covering other shifts if you are canceled from your scheduled client.

Provide service to a client on two major holidays per year. You can choose the holidays that you will work.

Minimum of 16 hours per weekend, maximum of 32 hours per weekend.

Bonus will only be paid on weekends that these requirements are fulfilled.

Must not exceed 2 call outs or more per quarter.

Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)

Hands-on care with only one client per day

Building client relationships and watching their milestones

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay up to $36/hr based on qualifications

Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
