JOB DESCRIPTION:

Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT)

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

Starting Salary: $62,000-$68,000

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver meaningful therapy services in a supportive outpatient setting while helping individuals and families improve their mental health and overall well-being.

What You'll Do

• •Conduct clinical intake assessments and establish diagnoses
• •Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• •Provide evidence-based therapy services based on client needs
• •Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• •Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
• •Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
• •Provide services in person and/or virtually as needed
• •Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
• •Respond professionally and promptly to client needs

Qualifications

Required

Master's degree in:

• •Social Work
• •Counseling
• •Marriage and Family Therapy
• •Clinical Psychology
• •Related behavioral health field

Current Tennessee licensure as:

• •LCSW
• •LPC-MHSP
• •LMFT

Experience providing behavioral health services through employment, internship, practicum, or clinical training

Preferred

• •Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• •Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services
• •Supervisory or leadership experience
• •Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
