🌱 Líder de Sostenibilidad

📍 Coyol, Alajuela

En Aliaxis Latam buscamos un(a) Líder de Sostenibilidad para impulsar nuestra estrategia ambiental y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y corporativos en materia ambiental. Además, será responsable de liderar la implementación y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental bajo la norma ISO 14001 , así como apoyar el seguimiento regional de las iniciativas de sostenibilidad.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Liderar la gestión ambiental y el cumplimiento normativo de la operación.
  • Implementar y fortalecer el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental ISO 14001.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores ambientales y objetivos de sostenibilidad.
  • Coordinar auditorías, inspecciones y reportes regulatorios.
  • Promover iniciativas de economía circular, eficiencia de recursos y descarbonización.
  • Impulsar una cultura organizacional enfocada en la sostenibilidad.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en gestión ambiental, sostenibilidad corporativa y cumplimiento legal.
  • Conocimiento de ISO 14001 y auditorías ambientales.
  • Inglés intermedio.
