Life Claims Assessor

• This role is responsible for assessing and managing Group Life, AD&D, Survivor Income, and Compassionate Assistance Program claims.
• You will review coverage, eligibility, documentation, contract provisions, and beneficiary information to determine appropriate claim outcomes.
• The position combines analytical assessment, benefit calculation, documentation, decision-making, and customer service.
• You will communicate sensitive decisions to claimants, beneficiaries, and group clients with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• The role also involves supporting plan sponsors and families with claim requirements and documentation throughout the process.
• Working remotely within a customer-focused environment, you will manage priorities independently while collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
