Lifecycle Marketer

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT / 5:00 PM–1:00 AM Pacific Time, with some flexibility for limited weekend coverage when needed.

About the Role

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketer to support the execution of email and SMS communications using Iterable. This role will work closely with the existing Lifecycle Marketer to manage campaign requests, review and QA communications, schedule sends, and ensure campaigns are accurately deployed within the appropriate time window.

The role is highly execution-focused. Copy and campaign briefs will typically be provided, so the successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, following established workflows, catching errors, and managing incoming requests efficiently.

This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Build, prepare, schedule, and deploy email and SMS communications in Iterable.

Quality Assurance: Review copy, dates, links, formatting, personalization, and campaign details before deployment.

Journeys & Automation: Manage workflows, triggers, segmentation, and branching logic within Iterable.

Audience Targeting: Manage segmentation and targeting to ensure communications reach the correct audience.

Performance Monitoring: Track campaign deliverability, open rates, clicks, unsubscribes, and flag potential issues.

Request Management: Execute marketing briefs and communication requests submitted through the Slack ticketing queue.

Troubleshooting: Resolve template, merge tag, personalization, and workflow issues before campaigns are sent.

Documentation & Handover: Maintain clear campaign documentation and provide proper Slack handovers for outstanding requests.

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

Previous hands-on experience using Iterable

Experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM operations, or marketing automation.

Hands-on experience preparing, scheduling, and deploying email and customer communications.

Strong proofreading and quality assurance skills.

Experience managing campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and automation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors before communications go live.

Comfortable working with Slack or similar ticket-based request workflows.

Able to work independently and manage requests within agreed timelines.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with HTML and CSS email troubleshooting.

Experience with Klaviyo may be considered as an alternative to Iterable

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment with a high level of thoughtful caution and attention to quality
