Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at our luxury association, Del Webb at River Lands , located in Lathrop.

The Lifestyle Specialist is responsible for creating an engaging, welcoming, and connected residential community through thoughtfully planned events, programs, communications, and resident experiences. This position develops and coordinates social activities, promotes resident participation, facilitates amenity experiences, and serves as a key resource for residents seeking to connect with their community.

Compensation: $30.00- $35.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Wednesday- Sunday; 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
