Listed Investor Relations Analyst

The Opportunity

The Listed Investor Relations Analyst will coordinate and simplify information for investor communications and provide responses to queries in a professional, timely and accurate manner.

You will make an impact by:

• •Assisting the Listed Investor Relations team with providing responses to queries from key broker analysts and institutional investors in a timely manner
• •Assisting with internal reporting including monitoring broker coverage, broker consensus forecasts and Board reporting
• •Building relationships internally and externally working closely with the Head of Listed Investor Relations and other team members to drive a successful IR program
• •Attending occasional meetings and property tours alongside the Head of Listed Investor Relations or Fund Managers with broker analysts and institutional investors
• •Liaising with various Dexus teams such as Planning & Analysis, Transactions & Reporting, Funds, Corporate Affairs & Communications, Research, etc to coordinate and simplify information for investor communications in a professional, timely and accurate manner

About You

We are on the lookout for a curious and driven individual with a genuine interest in equity capital markets and real assets markets. Having pursued a Commerce/Finance or similar degree, you will be highly numerate and confidently interpret financial statements. The ideal candidate will be a real team player with the ability to work independently and assume responsibility of tasks working efficiently without supervision. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and efficiently organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines taking pride in your outputs and contribution to the team deliverables.
