Litigation Specialist

• This role sits within a national bodily injury claims team and focuses on managing litigation files from investigation through resolution.
• You will handle claims of varying complexity while working toward timely, fair, and financially sound outcomes.
• The position involves close collaboration with defense counsel, internal stakeholders, and other claims professionals.
• You will apply insurance policy language, case law, negotiation expertise, and claims judgment to assess exposure and coverage.
• The role also provides opportunities to contribute to cost-containment strategies and identify emerging litigation and claims trends.
• As a remote position, it offers flexibility while remaining highly collaborative and stakeholder-focused.
• You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior claims professionals and contribute to continuous improvement across the claims function.
