Join our dynamic team as a Live Production Operator, where you’ll play a key role in orchestrating engaging, shoppable programming on a 24/7 FAST channel. We’re seeking someone eager to lead live events, master playlist scheduling, and ensure exceptional broadcast quality. What You'll Do:

Oversee and execute live events on a 24/7 FAST channel, managing playlists within an Amagi UI

Act as the primary point of contact in the control room, collaborating with Directors, Producers, and Production staff to ensure seamless broadcasts

Deliver smooth live broadcasts featuring remote content creators, using your troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve any issues

Independently resolve real-time challenges during live streams to maintain flawless channel feeds

Take on exciting ad-hoc tasks in operations, scheduling, creative projects, and marketing

Enjoy a flexible schedule, including regular weekends and nights, to keep the channel running smoothly

This role empowers you to make real creative and technical decisions on the fly, supported by a collaborative and innovative team.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of live production experience, especially in broadcast or streaming environments

Experience operating broadcast playlists (Amagi, Frequency, Crispin, or similar platforms)

Bonus: Familiarity with streaming protocols (RTMP, SRT, HLS)

Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to delivering quality broadcasts

Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and enjoy multitasking

Work Details:

Onsite work at the client location

Regular weekend and night shifts
