Hours : 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 645am - 3.15pm (30 mins unpaid lunch)

Location : Lynnbottom Household Waste Recycling Centre,Newport PO30 2PD - covering the Isle of Wight

What you'll be doing;

With one of the largest growing fleets in the UK, our drivers are pivotal to delivering essential services. They work hard to serve their local communities and make a positive impact every day.

• •This is predominantly a loader role, but ad hoc driving duties will be required in a 3.5T van
• •Heavy lifting and manual handling of trade waste bins and containers
• •Moving and repositioning heavy commercial bins and euro containers
• •Servicing commercial premises, including shops, businesses and industrial sites
• •Completing daily vehicle checks (walkaround checks) and reporting defects
• •Adhering to all road traffic legislation and company health & safety policies
• •Maintaining accurate records, including driver defect reports and tachograph compliance
• •Working across all weather conditions throughout the year

What are we looking for?

• •Similar operational manual handling experience
• •Full Driving licence - standard car licence B
