Salary: £39,823 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus + £3,000 Retention Bonus

About the Role

As an Adult Social Worker in the Locality Team, you will:

Work directly with adults to understand their wishes, feelings, and desired outcomes

Deliver strengths‑based, relationship‑focused practice

Complete high‑quality assessments and develop person‑centred, outcome‑focused plans

Manage a varied caseload with regular reflective supervision

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legislation, research, and best practice

Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi‑agency partners

Requirements

A recognised Social Work qualification

Completed ASYE

Active Social Work England registration

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
