Job Responsibilities

1. Transportation Management

• •Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• •Analyze freight costs and carrier performance.
• •Track shipment delays and implement corrective actions.
• •Optimize transportation routes and modes (air, ocean, road, rail).

2. Supply Chain Analysis

• •Analyze logistics data and KPIs.
• •Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• •Support supply chain network optimization initiatives.
• •Conduct root cause analysis for service failures.

3. Cost Optimization

• •Identify logistics cost-saving opportunities.
• •Analyze freight spend and budget performance.
• •Support carrier contract reviews and rate negotiations.
• •Track savings from consolidation, mode shifts, and process improvements.

4. Order fulfilment

• •Monitor and track shipment delivery status
• •Support shipment resolution at Custom and service provider
• •Ensure delivery with Order fulfiled status

5. Reporting & Performance Management

• •Develop logistics dashboards and reports.
• •Track key metrics such as:
• •On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• •Freight Cost per Unit
• •Transit Time
• •Inventory Turns
• •Warehouse Productivity
• •Carrier Performance

6. Import & Export Management + Risk & Compliance Management

• •Monitor shipment security and compliance requirements.
• •Ensure adherence to Import and Export customs regulations and trade compliance.
• •Support risk mitigation and business continuity planning.
• •Manage logistics audit findings and corrective actions.

7. Systems & Data Management

• •Maintain logistics data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• •Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• •Support system enhancements and process automation.
• •Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• •Leverage Artificial Intelligence to analyze data and build reports

Job Requirement

• •Relevant Degree in Supply chain or Logistics , or min degree holder with min 5 year experiences in logistics roles
• •Preferably with handson experience in Import / export control in Semicon industries
• •Strong analytical skillset with ability to think from shipper and service provider persepective
• •Reasonable articulation and presentation skillset
• •Have interactionand and work with international and Global Logistics Service provider
• •Would have advantage if possesses professional certification in Custom , tradenet , DG handling , trade compliances
• •Tech savvy and basic ability to use AI tools
