Logistics Export & Import Analyst (The internal title of this role is Logistics Transportation)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the timely and cost-efficient execution of inventory deployments (Finished Goods, Semi-Finished Goods, and RMPM) across predefined lanes (from vendors or SCJ manufacturing facilities to SCJ distribution centers) within the International Logistics scope. The role ensures excellence in customer service by delivering the right product, at the right time, in the right quantity and quality, at the lowest possible cost. The scope includes oversight of all transportation modes (Ocean, Land, Air, and Intermodal) across the supply chain.

Import Activities

Manage shipment bookings and review shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, country of origin) to ensure compliance with customs requirements.

Ensure all transport operations comply with SCJ policies, protocols, and country regulations, particularly in health, safety, environment, dangerous goods handling, and import/export laws.

Oversee inventory management and traceability within the transportation network, collaborating closely with warehouse operations to meet delivery plans and KPIs.

Develop and implement sustainable cost-efficiency initiatives using LEAN/OPEX methodologies (cost-saving and cost inflation management).

Collaborate cross-functionally within the supply chain and partner with Customer Supply Chain teams to optimize service and cost performance.

Coordinate and schedule shipment deployments to warehouses within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Engage with stakeholders (LSPs, forwarders, carriers, truckers, brokers) to achieve operational KPIs.

Resolve day-to-day shipment issues and communicate any business impacts or disruptions promptly.

Ensure operational KPIs are met, including container utilization, on-time delivery, GSA utilization, and case fill rate (CFR).

Optimize utilization of contracted shipment volumes, particularly for Indonesia routes.

Manage vendor relationships to ensure KPI achievement, SLA compliance, and alignment with SRM programs.

Export Activities

Plan and book shipments with forwarders while optimizing logistics parameters such as container utilization, SRD, GSA, loading targets, ETD, and ETA.

Monitor shipment milestones, coordinate warehouse pickups, and ensure accurate documentation preparation.

Collaborate with stakeholders (LSPs, forwarders, truckers, carriers, brokers).

Resolve operational shipment issues and proactively communicate any impacts or disruptions.
