Logistics Process Specialist

As a Logistics Process Specialist on a 2-year fixed-term contract , you will drive logistics process excellence, system optimization, and warehouse transformation initiatives. You will work closely with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, and IT teams to improve, standardize, and optimize logistics processes and systems across the organization.

What You Will Do

• •Analyze and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
• •Support the implementation, enhancement, and stabilization of SAP EWM and other logistics systems.
• •Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• •Coordinate with operations, IT teams, and external partners to resolve process and system issues.
• •Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and end-user training activities.
• •Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and warehouse excellence initiatives.
• •Support logistics transformation and system implementation projects.
• •Work across functions to ensure logistics processes and system solutions meet business and operational requirements.

What You Will Need

• •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• •Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• •Experience with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• •Exposure to system implementation, process improvement, or business transformation projects.
• •Experience in process mapping, UAT, system testing, documentation, and user training.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• •Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• •Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •Good command of English, both written and spoken.
