Honor Foods is looking for a strong, experienced Logistics Supervisor who knows logistics inside and out.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead a team, manage freight, build strong carrier relationships, control costs, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Own

Lead, coach, and develop our Logistics Coordinators

Plan and prioritize daily freight and shipment activity

Manage carrier relationships and service performance

Analyze freight costs and identify savings opportunities

Support carrier negotiations and freight agreements

Monitor logistics KPIs, shipping expenses, and service levels

Resolve delays, discrepancies, and freight-related issues

Review bills of lading, shipping documents, orders, and logistics dashboards

Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries

Identify and implement process improvements

What You Bring

Strong logistics experience is required

Proven experience leading or supervising a logistics team

Strong knowledge of freight planning and carrier management

Experience with freight costs, rates, and logistics performance metrics

Strong understanding of shipping documentation and logistics processes

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
