  • THE JOB:
  • As a Lounge Server at Skyfall Lounge at Mandalay Bay, you will help create an unforgettable Las Vegas experience by delivering attentive, personalized beverage service in one of the city’s most stunning lounge settings. You will take and expedite drink orders, provide seamless table and bus service, and engage guests with warmth and energy while contributing to the elevated atmosphere, breathtaking views, and exceptional hospitality that define Skyfall Lounge.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.44/Hr + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
  • Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
  • Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
  • Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
  • Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
  • Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Is 21+ years of age
  • 6+ Months of Prior Relevant ExperienceExperience as a Cocktail and/or Food Server in a similar environment Preferred
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Required
  • Experience working in a similar resort setting Preferred
