Essential Responsibilities:

• •Daily on-time delivery of LP to member tanks at homes, businesses, and farms
• •Oversee and maintain the safety of customer systems and equipment
• •Build strong, positive, and long-lasting customer relationships
• •Perform required pre-trip daily vehicle inspections and maintenance
• •Maintain and care for delivery vehicle, ensuring regular preventative maintenance
• •Maintain accurate delivery and customer records
• •Support customer tank maintenance
• •Help market and sell products and services
• •Keep cab and cargo doors locked when not in use
• •Always have a safety first approach
• •Never use cell phones or other handheld devices while driving
• •Drive defensively, slowly, and safely at all times
• •Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible
• •Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows
• •Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• •High School diploma or GED is required
• •Class A CDL is required
• •Clean driving record is required
• •Tanker and Hazmat required (will help obtain)
• •Previous LP/Energy delivery experience preferred
• •Maintain a professional appearance of self and for the Cooperative
• •Operate trucks in a safe manner, obeying all traffic laws, and using defensive driving techniques
• •Some computer and technology skills
• •Good written and verbal and communication
• •Self-directed and focuses on taking action
• •Ability to identify objectives and recommend the best solutions
• •Possess a strong set of core values and beliefs
• •Accept responsibility while maintaining integrity
• •Remain persistence and recover quickly from setbacks
