Full Time:

Starting Pay: $28.35 to $31.50/hour

Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

• Key Responsibilities :
• •Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• •Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• •Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• •Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• •Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• •Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• •Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

What You Bring

• •Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• •A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• •Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• •Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• •Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• •Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
