We’re hiring LPNs for PRN and weekend home care nursing in Salisbury and the surrounding areas. At BAYADA, you’ll provide 1:1 care to clients in their homes - building real relationships and enjoying flexible scheduling that fits your life. Whether you’re picking up extra hours or easing back into nursing, we’ll support you every step of the way.

What BAYADA Offers

Commitment Bonuses: Earn $5,000–$10,000 based on your level of commitment

Earn $28–$34/hour throughout the Piedmont Triad area, including weekend and overnight differentials

Join our Premium Night Shift Team and earn a $35/hour flat rate!

Requires experience with Trach/Vent cases

Commitment includes only 1 weekend shift per month and 1 holiday per year (your choice!)

Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available

Daytime and overnight shifts

Choose from 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts

No weekend requirement

What You Need

Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
