Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/x)

Your mission

• •Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business and logistics use cases
• •Work with data scientists, software engineers, business stakeholders, and logistics experts to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
• •Build reliable data pipelines and feature engineering processes for training and production environments
• •Productionize machine learning models using appropriate software engineering
• •Monitor model performance, data quality, reliability, and potential model drift
• •Contribute to the design of machine learning platforms, APIs, and data products
• •Document models, assumptions, interfaces, processes, and results clearly
• •Support the adoption of best practices in machine learning, software development, testing, version control, and deployment
• •Stay up to date with developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud technologies, and responsible AI

Your profile

• •Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• •Professional experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions
• •Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, statistics, and data preparation
• •Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data or machine learning infrastructure
• •Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Fluent English, both written and spoken
