1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift

Starting Pay:

1st Shift $20–$22/hour

2nd or 3rd Shift $24–$30/hour

Pay based on experience and shift.

Stevens Industries is growing, and we’re looking for Machine Operators to join our team!

As a Machine Operator, you’ll operate equipment such as saws, drills, banding machines, and CNC machinery , while helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• •Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery
• •Monitor product quality and make adjustments when needed
• •Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• •Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
• •Assist other operators and team members
• •Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• •Communicate with operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors
• •Jump in where needed to keep production moving

Requirements

• •Experience operating CNC machinery or other production equipment
• •Ability to read work orders, blueprints, and specifications
• •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• •Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and schedules
