I) Summary / Job Purpose工作概要

Responsible for precision grinding of ceramic products (internal/external diameter grinding, surface grinding, and form grinding) to meet stringent requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface integrity. 负责陶瓷产品的精密磨削（内径/外径磨削、表面磨削和成型磨削，以满足严苛的尺寸精度和表面完整性要求

II) Main Duties and Responsibilities工作范围及责任

Proficient in CNC machine tool operation (preferably grinding machines, but five-axis milling machines or HBMs are also acceptable) and have 3 years of related work experience. 精通数控机床操作（最好是磨床，但五轴铣床或 HBM 也可以考虑），并有3年的相关工作经验。

Properly operate multi-axis grinders, fixtures, and cutting tools for precision grinding of ceramics (e.g., alumina, zirconium oxide), and use appropriate grinding wheels; perform dry/wet grinding to control thermal damage and

micro-chipping。 正确操作用于陶瓷（例如氧化铝、氧化锆）精密磨削的多轴磨床、夹具和刀具，使用合适的砂轮；执行干磨/湿磨以控制热损伤和微崩刃。

Able to interpret engineering drawings; experienced in using micrometers, indicators, bore gauges, optical comparators, profilometer. 能够解读工程图纸；熟练使用千分尺、指示器、内径规、光学比较仪、轮廓仪

Execute standardized work, control plans, and inspection test plans; take part in root‑cause/corrective actions and continuous improvement events. 制定和监督标准化作业、控制计划和检验测试计划；参加组织根本原因/纠正措施和持续改进活动。

Safety requirements are strictly followed such as guards, emergency stops, and safe work instructions.

Perform routine maintenance, escalate equipment issues and support planned preventive maintenance. 执行日常维护，上报设备问题，并支持计划内的预防性维护。
