About the Position: This is a Military Technician position with the 99th Readiness Division, Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) 23 located in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set. Duties

• •Prepare daily reports to monitor shop equipment database.
• •Spearhead formal and informal training to the organization
• •Maintain accountability of administrative actions.
• •Review inventory of supply operations for discrepancies.
• •Organize shop tools to distribute appropriately to employees.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes work that involves 1) utilizing automated systems to schedule and track repairs or work requests; 2) maintaining supply logs or production control records; and 3) conducting inventory of supplies, tools, or parts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
