What You’ll Be Doing:

• •Ensuring the adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 all Johnson Electric's policies and any other industry standards in all activities
• •Working with the maintenance team of the company
• •Interaction with production operators, technicians and other key resources to assist with the documentation, standardization and improvement of processes
• •Create and Update our PM system
• •Create & maintain documentation for new and existing assembly lines
• •Creating and updating electrical schematics for new and current projects
• •PLC and HMI programming support – working with automation technicians
• •Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
• •Perform other related duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

• •Working toward a technical degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology/Mechatronics or equivalent
• •Experience in a similar previous co-op considered an asset
• •Excellent interpersonal skills
• •High attention to detail
• •Independent and self-motivated worker
• •Hands on experience is a PLUS
• •Committed to meeting deadline requirements
• •Willing and able to multi-task and change priorities based on organizational needs
• •Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Software
• •Troubleshooting skills
• •Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization.
• •High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
