Job Description:

• 1. Project Management
• a) Project budgeting – support on project budget & financial model and to liaise with Transformation Office and Portfolio Committee for budget approval
• b) Tender management – to deliberate the source, evaluate and recommend supplier/subcontractor for the project for relevant tender committee’s approval
• c) Project scheduling – monitor of project schedule
• d) Contract management – organizing and coordinating manpower requirements for the project, reviewing method statement of construction for the project and manage & control project cost
• e) Progress reporting – payment certification and preparation of project progress report
• 2. Provide support and manage of Environmental, Safety and Health practices in engineering projects in every project implementation stage from design, award, execution, commissioning and handover
• 3. Technical support – to provide engineering/technical support on major engineering related works
• 4. Managing and realization of planning, execution and monitoring of PM plan and maintenance works mainly for the utilities machineries
• 5. Prepare and drive the Quality Objectives and Value Creation of the department
