Maintenance Intern

Job Description

A Maintenance Internship provides students or recent graduates with hands-on experience assisting Technicians with the Equipment Hand-over, inspection, Reporting Problem, meeting with vendors, MD&I and Machine Maintenance team to sharing and follow-up actions need. Interns learn to perform preventive maintenance, utilize LCI tools, and log service activities while adhering strictly to workplace safety and quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

Learning and Provide support, participate on QEHS in Machine Maintenance area.

Comply with the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to area.

Maintain the LEGO equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure reliable production output.

Daily Data collection and follow-up corrective/preventive activities.

Communication with colleagues (on-time deliveries, sharing experiences and knowledge).

Active participation in Machine Maintenance Daily Huddle.

Collaboration with other departments for new Machinery hand-over.

Provide Continuous Improvement Idea (if have) during the intern period.

Do you have what it takes?

Third year or final year students in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a closely related field.

Basic understanding of industrial machinery, ability to read technical drawings/schematics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Great collaboration skills.

Result oriented.

A get things done attitude and the ability handle many projects at the same time.
