Sanimax is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our Green Bay Team for the day shift and night shift. The schedule is a 2/2/3 working 6 am to 6:20 pm (for day shift) or 6 pm to 6:20 am (for the night shift)

Responsibilities:

Perform welding and cutting on steel, stainless steel and aluminum

Must understand safe work practices including: lock out tag out, confined space entry, ladder and climbing safety, hot work permits

Repair pipefitting and plumbing

Assist electricians with mounting and unmounting motors and gear drives

Repair, rebuild and replace pumps

Perform general cleaning within the production plant at times as well as all maintenance areas on a regular basis

Lift, move and rig heavy/awkward equipment and work in tight spaces

Repair, maintain and assist in the operations of waste water, air pollution systems and blending /grain silos

Interact with others in a professional and ethical manner

Follow department and company procedures

Keep up regular attendance, regular attendance is essential for the smooth operation of this company and department success

Other duties as assigned

Experience

Experience working on industrial/manufacturing equipment

Ability to weld with wire and stick

Read, understand and work from blue prints and schematics
