We are seeking a full-time hands-on Maintenance Person to join our shift maintenance team. Working across our hotels, casino and convention centre, you will perform preventive maintenance, respond to operational issues, and help ensure our facilities remain safe, functional and guest-ready at all times.

You will primarily work 12-hour shifts and may occasionally be required to assist outside of your regular schedule to support operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

• •Completing preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• •Performing general handyman and maintenance tasks
• •Responding to maintenance requests and operational issues
• •Using a CMMS system to manage, prioritise and close work orders
• •Maintaining accurate records of completed work
• •Assisting with after-hours incidents and implementing temporary solutions where required
• •Working collaboratively with engineering, facilities and operational teams
• •Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Crown standards and procedures

About You:

• •A strong team player with a positive, approachable attitude
• •Comfortable working independently and making decisions when required
• •Experienced in general maintenance and handyman duties
• •Knowledgeable across a range of building trades and maintenance disciplines
• •Passionate about delivering quality work and exceptional service
• •Committed to maintaining a safe workplace and supporting colleagues across the business

To be Successful:

• •Minimum 2 years experience in a similar maintenance role
• •Experience within commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare or education environments
• •Experience using a CMMS or maintenance management system
• •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
