What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.

• •CNC troubleshooting drives, motors
• •Machine repair
• •Troubleshoot and correct setups, tooling and malfunctions
• •Operate the personnel lifts
• •Operate forklifts
• •Perform repairs and adaptions of equipment, such as; changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guards
• •Fabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal and Plexiglas
• •Build or fabricate devices to improve quality and production
• •Use hand and power tools
• •Move equipment
• •Plumbing, welding, construction of metal/wood, brazing, soldering, maintenance and inventory supply check in / out using CMMS system
• •Lookup MRO parts using CMMS system, if not available provide all relevant information to clerk, engineer or manager for prompt order of repair parts and rebuild machines as required
• •All non-routine machine maintenance and upkeep machines as required
• •Evaluate / repair / replace electrical motors and component
• •Wire machines
• •Install new equipment to meet all production needs
• •Basic PLC maintenance

• •Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• •Practice 5Ss

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• •Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints
• •Certified fork lift operator
• •Welding
• •Industrial electricity/wiring
