Job Description

What You Will Do:

• •Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• •Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• •Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• •Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• •Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• •Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• •Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

What We Are Looking For:

• •Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• •Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• •Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• •HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
