Hours: Monday - Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM
Position Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical lighting, including tube, bulb and ballast replacement.
- Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.
- Coordinate with contractors and inspectors during maintenance, repair and compliance projects, providing on-site support and facility access.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators.
- Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.
