Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Dimona is currently seeking applicants for Electronics & Mechanics Technicians .

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery used in production processes. You will troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure that machines and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.

Job Location :

Dimona located in the southern part of Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest location in the world.

The factory in Dimona is the oldest in Vishay, having been established in 1986.

What you will be doing :

• •To diagnose equipment malfunctions and repair or replace parts as needed.
• •To perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• •To test equipment to ensure proper operation and make necessary adjustments.
• •To read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• •To install and set up new equipment.
• •To collaborate with other departments to diagnose and repair equipment problems.
• •To keep accurate maintenance records.
• •To comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

What you will bring along :

• •Education: Practical Engineer or Technician in Electronics or Mechanics.
• •3+ years of experience in electronic maintenance and repair- an advantage.
• •Strong troubleshooting skills.
• •Experience reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
• •Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• •Excellent time management skills.
• •Strong attention to detail.
• •Excellent communication skills.
