Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented domestic language native speakers who are fluent in both their native language and English. The role involves interpreting conversations between customers and clients speaking different languages while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• •Listen carefully and accurately interpret communication between customers and clients speaking different languages (e.g., English and Malayalam).
• •Ensure precise and effective translation of conversations in real time.
• •Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and client requirements.
• •Maintain high-quality standards and implement client updates as communicated.
• •Work collaboratively with team members in a positive and professional environment.
• •Deliver excellent customer experience through effective language support.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• •Excellent verbal fluency in a Malayalam language and English.
• •Strong language comprehension and interpretation skills.
• •Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Active listening skills with attention to detail.
• •Positive attitude and ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
• •Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Certification in domestic languages or Native speaker
• •Experience as a Language Interpreter, Language Associate, Language Trainer, or Customer Support Executive.
• •Freshers with excellent language proficiency are also welcome to apply.
