As a Managed Services - Data Visualization - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations streamline their operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. You will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver services that meet client needs. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality outcomes. You will be responsible for coaching, utilizing team members' strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance. Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. Within our Assurance practice, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery, encouraging others to do the same. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• - Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations
• - Guiding delivery teams in optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services
• - Overseeing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• - Utilizing automation and process optimization techniques to enhance service delivery
• - Developing and implementing business process improvement strategies for operational excellence
• - Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
• - Engaging in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities for business transformation
• - Confirming data quality and compliance within service management frameworks
• - Facilitating continuous process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce costs
• - Addressing conflicts and issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 8 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
