Job description

At Planon, we are looking for an organized and proactive Facilities & Administration professional to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role will manage workplace operations, facilities, vendors, health & safety, office activities, and administrative requirements while ensuring a positive and well-maintained work environment.

What you’ll do

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, supplies, and workplace services.
  • Coordinate and manage vendors and service providers, ensuring timely service delivery and resolution of operational issues.
  • Ensure health & safety standards, workplace compliance, and emergency preparedness are maintained across the office.
  • Coordinate office events, employee activities, celebrations, and workplace initiatives to support a positive employee experience.
  • Manage administrative documentation, invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and facilities-related budgets.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other internal teams on workplace requirements and proactively resolve facilities and administration-related issues.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or B.Com with 2 years of experience in Facilities, Administration, Office Management, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in facilities and workplace operations.
  • Experience in vendor management, coordination, and service delivery.
  • Exposure to health & safety and workplace compliance.
  • Experience coordinating office events, employee activities, and workplace initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
