The Opportunity

The ShopBack Management Associate Program is a 24-month rotational experience designed to develop future leaders. You'll gain exposure to multiple teams, tackle high-impact challenges, and work directly with leaders across the company.

This is not your average graduate program. We're looking for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are energized by big goals — because you won't just learn from us, you'll help shape what's next.

This track is designed for talents based in Singapore who are ready to take their career regional , specifically for the Southeast Asia markets, with focus in the Commercial domain. You'll begin your journey at our Singapore HQ — building first-hand experience of how ShopBack scales across different markets. You’ll also be travelling to other regional markets depending on business exposure and needs.
