Engineering Manager – AI Enablement & Automation | M4

• Job Summary
• Lead a team of AI/ML and software engineering professionals developing AI-enabled solutions that improve engineering productivity and business outcomes. Own execution of the AI roadmap, translating business needs into scalable solutions from ideation → MVP → deployment → adoption. Balance people leadership, technical depth, execution, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• •AI Strategy & Execution: Translate AI strategy into priorities, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes; identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
• •Technical & Delivery Leadership: Lead AI/ML, GenAI, automation, and software initiatives; guide technical decisions and resolve complex cross-team challenges.
• •People & Capability: Develop experienced engineers, build AI/GenAI and software capabilities, support hiring and performance management, and develop future technical leaders.
• •Collaboration & Influence: Partner with global engineering teams, architects, product owners, discipline leaders, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and reuse.
• •Innovation: Focus innovation on the right business and engineering problems; enable experimentation and scale successful solutions across the organization.
• •Operational Excellence: Establish engineering practices and metrics that improve adoption, productivity, quality, efficiency, and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related STEM field with 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including team leadership.
• •Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, software engineering, or related technologies.
• •Experience delivering complex technical initiatives and influencing across teams.
• •Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
• •Preferred
• •Experience with cloud, APIs, data platforms, CI/CD, and modern software engineering.
• •Experience building AI capabilities or platforms in a global engineering environment.
